Sort of a long story but I did eventually get a call back from a nearby business owner who I left a note on the door. He did know the owner who has intentions of getting it going again, might sell, etc. etc. He passed along my number but I never got a call back. Lots of roof/gutter rust covered by yellow duct tape.

Another important thing is to go up to PROFILE and put in your LOCATION,,,,,,(one that we can understand,)

Agreed, but the surface rust on the roof is a little worse than it looks in the picture. I live close enough to the beach that I'll need to take care of at least that part eventually.

This was at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs last month. I think the hotel uses it as their shuttle van.
