hey savage, i saw part of this in the dash thread,thats a cozy looking interior. i like lots of soft surfaces. some of the second generation custom vans on the net have like spainish galleon style beds and you wonder how they fit it all in there. nice job

Just a simple basic carpet interior
The bed does fold out to make a queen size sleeping area
I do have some cedar i have been playing with to add to whats already here.
Savage is that luan with a heavy coat of clear on the roof panel ?

The interior in the "Beast" is a "starter interior"
I ussually wait untill I get the outside done before I do the inside.I was going to cruise nites so I put something simple in to give the "Car Guys" a little more to look at.
Luan plywood with inexpensive carpet streached over it and stapled to the back side........
If I want to up grade or change the materials all I have to do is pull the staples and I have bare wood agian.
I also have this interior set up so the whole thing can be removed in less than an hour........

That is an earlier shot of the interior, I've changed the carpet, put some artwork on the walls and added dash plaques to the cooler door from the shows I've attended. Guess I need to update my photos
