I've had my a108 for two years now and while I consider winter projects I thought I would post here though I usually post on the DODGE A100 and FARGO VAN CLUB facebook group and instagram

Here was the van at the beginning of 2022 as I only take her off the road for salt

You can sub to the channel if you like but there are a few fixes and upgrade videos.  The most recent change was to go from a large turbo muffler to a Flowmaster Delta 50 (plenty of before vids)

If you are instagram I post our travels with Boogie here
    https://www.instagram.com/thebeachbusri/

I've done a lot to this van over the two years but I definitely started with a great base to begin with. There maybe a disc upgrade at some point but give the axles it isnt as simple and likely would mean going to newer 15in or 16in wheels if I wanted bigger brakes. After a recent trip to Big Sur the idea of cooking my drums if I want to do some big travels was something that got to me. I would also consider doing this if the plan was to add a tow hitch but with 3.23 rear swap I did I think I would want to plan on adding some power for highway hauling. I toy with the idea if a small trailer for bringing a motorcycle or a Scamp style RV. That said I recently saw a 70s Dodge Balboa in person and think adding an RV B van that I could also rent out locally on Outdoorsy could be fun.

    Possible Projects:
    - discs
    - cam (maybe hughes whiplash)
    - ldb4 intake
    - wheels and tires
    - larger gas tank with vapor return

Reality is I use the van all the time for 9 of 12 months out of the year and it really needs nothing unless I start pushing the useage in other areas. Neither I and especially not the wife plan to camp/sleep in it so in all likelihood it will just receive TLC but I tend to have trouble leaving things alone.

Absolutely go for the roadrunner horn.cheers

Reminds me, I have a spare one myself lying around. Will do that change when warmer outside (currently: approx. low 30's here in Germany).

Then, we'll horn away on both sides of the atlantic. Cool Cool

I thought bbd was (a 2v) 1 of the highest flowing 1v? seemed the last of the
carbs tho. So make sure it has all the oem 'pollution' hook ups. The engineers designed
them to run optimal w/those additions and U may not have them &
dont get all U could from it. (Others do fine w/these Chinese so have no fear on that account). Most us rebuild any new carb we get B4 installing. I like Mike's (he told me he has thousands vids on net now)
