Re: sidepipes
I'm leaning toward "no". The body lines on that van are so nice.
But, I'm not like "hell no" - more like 60-40.

Re: sidepipes
I ran my side pipe out the back, so I dont have to hear the noise and smell the exhaust fumes when I am sitting still or trying to listen to my tunes......

Re: sidepipes
my exaust exits behind the tire and makes the rear pushout windows useless from exhaust fumes

Re: sidepipes
I would have thought that the exhaust fumes would not be an issue with the pipes run that way. Perhaps it would be better to run it in front of the rear tire?

Re: sidepipes
I like it with the side pipes but on slightly more than without. Barely worth the effort for looks alone. I can't imagine ever having pop outs open on the rear doors while driving. Missing weatherstripping on the rear doors made mine undrivable!

Re: sidepipes
I would think having the windows open while driving is the sole purpose of the pop out windows.

Re: sidepipes
i put the rear doors with the windows on hoping to get air flow so far never worked due to exhaust fumes, the exhaust was at the same location since i bult this. I'm running street rod shortie headers so the conversion shouldn`t be too painful
althothe pipes make it harder to get under the truck.

I like the looks but I have liked side pipes since I was a kid.
