I'm no expert but I thought the ones with 6 Grill openings were 65/66...

They started 1965 off with the 5 slot leftover 1964 parts, but in May, they came out with the 6 slot bodies.....so there are both 5 and 6 slot 1965 Chevy Vans,,,,,,,,

So the one in this ad must be at least a 65, correct?

Thats for sure,,,,but the 65 has the Chevy Van emblem behind the door handle, the 66 has it below the mirror, but parts get switched, people add and remove back up lights, so its at least a 1st Gen.
