I don't know what type of seal the pop-outs use. IF they are the same as fixed windows:

The pop-out window seal is different than the seal for the fixed door glass. You need the pop-out window seal.
My old friend Rob is an auto glass guy who lives in Tacoma. We were in the same van club before I moved away. Rob owns a '66 sportvan with pop-out windows. He has part number and source for the rubber seal for the pop-out glass and can help you. He is not online much, but his phone number is 253-777-6616 so call or text him.

I went to a local pick a part and found some rubber out of a newer van with pop outs that are in good shape, longer than I need, cut to fit. 4 windows for $20.00.
