I'm selling my 1964 Ford Econoline E100 Van. The Van has had lots of work done on it, and anything that was not 100% has been replaced as I was intending to keep the van forever. Unfortunately I have to move back to the UK where I am originally from, and as much as it breaks my heart I have decided to sell her.
Some of the work done includes:
All seals replaced.
All bushes replaced.
Steering completely rebuilt.
Engine removed and checked/repainted.
New Engine mounts.
Gearbox rebuilt.
New clutch and all clutch components replaced.
New windshield.
All door handles/locks replaced.
New fuel pump and filters.
All brakes completely rebuilt with new components.
New wheels and tires.
New headlights and all light lens.
New interior switches and ignition.
Interior repainted in the original Wimbledon White.
All bodywork prepared and the Van is now in grey primer ready for final color.
The original specs of the van are:
E14 = Econoline Van
T = 170 engine
H = Lorain Ohio assembly plant
511212 = March 1964 serial number (1964 model)
090 = wheelbase (inches)
M = Wimbledon White paint
E144 = Econoline van model, "3/4 ton"
1 = gray standard interior
89 = van body style
A = 3 speed transmission
01 = 3.50:1 light duty axle (7-1/4 inch)
4350 = "3/4 ton" GVW rating
85 at 3600 = certified net HP at RPM
71 = Los Angeles sales district
The Van is rust free and has been in California and Arizona for it's entire life. I also fitted an electric fan, a volt meter, and an accurate temp gauge which are on a panel mounted to the engine cover.
The only things left to do are to re-upholster the two front seats, repaint the engine cover, and put a top coat of paint on her. Other that that everything has been done. Below is a link to some pictures of the rebuild and how she looks now. I will be taking more pics in the next few days and I will add them to the below gallery. I have the clean and clear Arizona title in hand.
