1967 A-100 Camper for sale or parting out

I have 1967 A-100 camper van, 273 V8, automatic trans,  with the fiberglass pop top/vinyl sides. I'd like to get a feel for who might want the entire van or if I have more interest in parts.

Some of you can tackle the big rust jobs, while some would not even consider it. There is no frame damage to the underside. If someone is looking for a camper with the all the interior components (minus table), this might be your van.

The Bad: The van has a salvage title and it has some serious cancer at the roof drip rails, A pillars, and door frame areas. Poor body work (bondo)

The Good: Rebuilt 273 has about 50 miles on it, but that was 10 years ago. Complete van, not missing anything major.

If I get more offers on parts than the entire van, which I might expect, the parting process will most likely start next week. Unfortunately some of these have to pass on to the other side so others can keep going. Thanks

I haven’t got it running yet, hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

The van is located in Hayward, CA just south of Oakland, in the SF Bay Area.

I've never seen a roof that rusty before.  Cally van originally ? Needs a roof panel for sure.

The van was originally from SoCal. Sitting uncovered for close to 10 years didn't help.

Update and correction on engine: This is a 318. Again, this was rebuilt about 10 years ago, I'm looking for the receipts and paperwork on the build if I can find them. The block number is 4104230-318-13. Doing some research, this is a 1981-83 year block, also referred to as a Race block or X block. It was said that these blocks were sold by Direct Connection before the R block was available. It can be identified by having an X stamped on the block by the #2 cylinder and or at the front of the block behind the alternator.

I haven't verified this yet but will do so this week. Anyway, the oil is clean and I will post a video once I have the motor running.

So far I have only a couple of requests for parts. The seats were reupholstered although definitely not stock. Very comfortable. Also, taking offers on the center dog house pad with extending legs.

OK, after a long hiatus I got back to working on the van this weekend. I got it started after having to install a new fuel pump and filter. I just used a gas can as I need to drop the fuel tank and get it cleaned out. I didn't drive it due to the brakes being soft but it went in gear forward and reverse. The idle is a little low and needs adjusting. Just a recap: the engine was rebuilt 10 years ago and only had about 50 miles put on it before it was parked.

I'm going to sell it as is and NOT part it out. Even though there is rust on the roof channel and door frames, the engine sounds strong and could be a nice project for someone. Here is the YouTube link of when I fired up the engine yesterday.

UPDATE: I removed the stock tank which had old gas and a poor patch job. I'm installing a new fuel tank and sending unit. A new fuel pump was installed two weeks ago. Like new tires have been installed 235/60 15 (Firestone Firehawk Indy 500) 235/70 15 tires in the rear (same brand).
