Hello Mopar fans....
Here is a rare and crazy looking Mopar! The more you look at it, the more you like it.
1969 Dodge A108 Corey Cruiser Camper Conversion Van. Less than 400 of these were converted in Pasadena California back in the day. This is the high water mark as far as collectible and rapidly appreciating window vans go.
I have had a few of these but this is the only one I have seen with some great options.
Air conditioning that still holds pressures and blows cool. Power steering that makes it an ease to park.
High Compression 318 2 barrel moves the van down the road with ease.
Long rang optional extra gas tank with on the fly dash switch. This van has never left California and has only had one owner before I acquired it. It also is remarkably unmolested. Many of the unique items are still in place and the only thing that that is not original is the new unused toilet. The cushions, lights, battery boxes, bumpers, factory stereo always seem to be missing by this point due multiple owners. Not this van, it is very complete. It even has all 5 -15" factory rims with new tires.
This van does need a full restoration depending on the eye of the beholder. It does show it's age with bumps and bruise's here and there.
This van drives down the road very well although it has not been safety checked and should be gone through top to bottom just to be safe. The fuel tanks need to be dropped and cleaned and the van is running off of a small external tank. Some of the handles do not work and need some attention. The original keys are there and all the glass is good as well.
Clear California title with all fees paid for the California buyers.
Please ask all questions and bid to win this no reserve as is sale auction.
Thanks and Good luck!! Short video on you tube under 1969 California Corey Cruiser.
