I've been looking all over and cant seem to figure out a good size.. I may lower the van 3-4 inches in the future so I don't want to order them too tall and I don't want them small. Any help is appreciated...

Standard diameter is around 25 1/2" wheel for a 14" rim. I have a link to a website that lets you play with the sizes. I'll find the link for you and repost.

To give you an idea, my 14" rims had 75/195/R14 tires as the 'stock' size. Although the van originally came with 13" rims and smaller tires. I think the stock diameter wheel was around 24.5"
