An old school radiator shop can make one with a new core and your old core ends. I had mine done earlier this year, it cost me $150 @ Kens Radiator in Burlington, WA. Copper core, looks like the old one. Ken is wiz with these old cores, he knows what available core fits the old core so you don't have to buy a custom core, saving you $$

I can have new core whit the old tink redone for about 140-150$ localy
