replced Fuel Fill Tube

hey all i had to replace the fuel filler hose on my 1965 Dodge A100 van now it wont start not getting gas to carb prior to replacing filler tube no problem ~~~ if i put fuel in the carb fires right up any and all suggestions will be much appreciated~~~ stumped
