That's probably why he said "Needs to be finished"...and "will be amazing when finished" I'm kinda wondering why he isn't finishing it scratch

I just thought it looked kinda cool. I'm not really into the Chopped and lowered look but I know a bunch of people on this site are and I just love seeing what people with mad skills can do with some of these projects. I appreciate the effort and engineering that go into them! I don't know if I've ever seen a Step Van Chopped before. Pretty gangsta looking! Twisted Evil
