Post by The Ronin Tue Jun 16, 2015 3:02 am

Hi i'm switching my 3 on a tree transmission for an AOD 1993 transmission to match my 302 engine. I have the automatic shifter and the device that goes with it that goes in the bowl at the top of the steering column. Is anybody did that work before ?? i need help ? Diagram or any other advice.

Would it be simplier to find a complete steering column for an automatic transmission?

My van is a 1974 Econoline supervan? Where can i buy one?

This forum is for 1961-1967 Econolines, so there might not be any 1974 Econoline experts here.

That being said, if we say VICs name loud enough, he might show up. He converts our manual columns to automatics using later model parts. He might be able to assist.
