Another distraction has come to my shop in the form of a 1958 MG Magnette. Stopped by an estate sale and here it was hidden inside a shed since 1968. Had to pay about what a nice Tailgate for a E-pup goes for. If anyone knows of one or sees one could you please let me know, I will need some parts I am sure.

Last picture is what mine will look like ( I hope ).

Did you call = Auto Zone for parts?? affraid

Of course that was a PUN!! yet in looking - Rockauto.com does list some parts for mg'sin that year . just not that exact model. maybe some are =same!!

google mg magnette parts- many there----- http://www.mgspecs.co.uk/

Look in the United Kingdom or Australia, quite common in both Countries and they have very active Car Clubs.

Most MGA mechanical parts will interchange with the Magnette.

The body is the same body a some Wolesleys.
