What holds the exterior lock on the front doors of 62 econo p/u in place?
When we took out my old ones, they were held in by silicone.
Is there suppose to be a clip that holds them in place?
    Thanks, Dennis

There is a C spring clip holds them in, I don't have a picture. I thought you parted out your PU.

The flat side goes against the inside of the door. The little folded out part is so you can grab it and slide it.

    Where can they be purchased?
I've looked at Macs, C&G, and Carpenter, but they do not list the C-clips.
    Thanks, Dennis

Someone here is bound to have a few extras laying around.

Carpenter has this one for the F100 that looks similar to ours.
