Not sure where to get them cheapest but if it were me I'd buy the cheapest new ones you can find. They'll be awesome. Those are the ones I have.

Macs are aftermarket for sure. Real Ford ones pop up on ebay as do aftermarket.

The Glo Brite lenses, the ones that come in a yellow box are a slightly different amber color than the FoMoCo lense. A little lighter. I try and find NOS lenses when I can. They look better and last longer. The repos tend to fade in sunlight too. I used to find them cheap on ebay. Now they are bringing big money. I see sellers asking a fortune for them. Even the repos are getting crazy. Just a couple of years ago you could get them for 3-5 bucks each. Now they want $25.00 and up for them. The repos work. Just don't look the same.
