Oily as a sumbitch. Got it out though.
Possibly the original spark plugs?? only 41k on the clock
Also any one know why it would be this blue color??? I'm 99% sure this motor is stock and untouched since I've put my paws on it.

Yes all the original '65 230's I have researched are blue.
There is a 1996 truck article I found that discusses it - his research supports the blue motor
