Just signed up. When I come into someones house, I believe an introduction is necessary. I go by Big John. I live in the DFW area of texas. I own a 1965 Ford Van. It has been modified and some custom work. It also has a Chevy 350 with some mild mods. I am in the process of making it a little better, I dont think your ever really done. I will read a bunch here, and try to ask intelligent questions. Thanks again, Hope to get to know you better.

Thanks, will do. I actually found this van here on this forum about a year ago. It was in your for sale section. It was in Denver. My wife and I drove up and bought it. I have made a few changes on it, but not much, yet. Big John

Welcome aboard Big John! Can't wait to see some pics! A Chevy 350 in a Ford sounds like a good combination to me!

My introdution Empty cant post picture

Post by largnchrg Sun Sep 07, 2014 9:49 am

Fella's I give up on the picture post. I'm sure it's me. When I get to the window of the three links, and I'm to choose the middle one that says image???? it does not give me a choice. They are there, but it doesn't work. I will keep trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. But I must admit, I've already used a few dammit's and it hasn't helped. frustrated.

The pics I sent are older, I have made a few changes since these. Nothing drastic. The gauges will change this winter. I'm planning on going all digital.

Thanks, It's been a little over a year. At the time, I felt like he was a little high on the price. I made him an offer and waited for an answer. He came down some....I came up some. I really like this thing. Down here it's so darn hot, its a spring and fall driver mostly. I hope next year to put A/C in it.
