Just curious if anyone has seen these. I did a google image search and couldn't come up with anything. Just curious was this something someone added?

They used to have round ones sometimes on military or some municipal vehicles. Maybe someone had one and switched them out with teardrop shaped signals. I think mine was military and one of the previous owners plugged the holes with chrome buttons.
