    Dying leather? Empty Dying leather?

    Post by Bruce67Econoline Sun Feb 02, 2014 4:27 pm

I just bought a nice set of leather seats from an early 2000's Jaguar they are tan and I want them black. They have all the bells and whistles of modern seats. Can anyone tell me what the best way to dye them, or do I have to send them out to get it done right? Here's hoping I remember to not hook the airbags to hotwires. scratch

I've never done leather seats, but I once did the vinyl seats in my 89 BMW E30 using Dupli-color Vinyl and Fabric paint. The paint never peeled or flaked and was very elastic. Not sure how well this paint would work on leather though
