NO they are not available New...I have a 75 Chevy van also and was looking for a Extra set a while back.....(The Bezels are almost impossible to find)........ Ebay is your best bet I have seen a couple of sets of lenses recently for sale heres one set...

Check out Twinpilot's first....I know in some states you cant run the Blue Dot's... here in FL they don't enforce it.. But I got harassed in NY with them...!!!.
