Should fit with no problems depending on the rim back spacing and tire type. He would have to re-ajust the front turn stops to 5/8" so the tires don't rub.

All of the Corvette rally wheels, 15x7 and 15x8 and the Camaro rally wheels, 14x6, 14x7 are 5 x 4 3/4 bolt pattern and will fit first and second gen. vans. Tire size is another issue altogether especially in the front.

I have about 2 mm to spare in the front turn radius on mine.

I think any bigger and you have to cut the fenders.
