New here, just wanted to say hi to everyone, a ton of info has been helpful on this site and I'm very glad I found it. I just picked up a 67 van here in ct. As you can imagine being from the north east it's not perfect by any means but in my eyes not that bad either!

Re: Hello, new guy here
Sorry about the pic I have to do this from my phone at the moment. I just bought a 67 econo. I plan to do a Resto on her and keep it old school with the wide rear tires and some flake and kandy here and there. I have just got it running after 30+ years of it sitting. That 240 runs great!! My next plan of attack is the brakes so then I can actually drive it. Due to it sitting I had to literally smash piece by piece the drums off the front. I've never had that much of an issue getting drums off. Just so you all know I'm not a machinic at all I can do the basic stuff but plan to teach myself more. BUT I have been doing restoration on the Autobody side of things for close to 20 years and this will be my first personal project that I do for myself and I must say I'm real excited about this!!! I will have a lot of questions for you guys but looks like I found a great place!!
