65 GMC I may buy

This 65 GMC has new tires,new battery, new Cragar rims, new 3 core radiator, new automatic tranny, new brakes etc. . The lady that has it says it runs great. She drove it from Seattle Wash. to Arizona and now wants to sell it. I talked to her today and she said she will hold it for me till I can pick it up this weekend. $1500.00. The body is cherry with no rust. I don't like the funky widows on the side but I can live with them.

Yea, I saw that van too. I thought about it for bit. But I really want an Econoline. That looks like a decent GMC though.

Looks like a really good deal to me! I agree the windows don't flip my switches either, but they're already tinted, paint the frames black and work in a black panel or stripe and the windows will almost dissapear. I'd love to run across an Econo window or Falcon van in that condition for that price!

[b][i]I think that one sold before he could look at it. I think if those windows were smaller they may not look so bad, but even with them the vans a good deal. VB just get it to a body shop QUICK!!! LOL

Its a '69 GMC PD4107,better known as the 'buffalo'body style.871Detroit/4 speed Allison non sync trans.All seats except 6 in front have been stripped out & carpeted with couple of couches in there & dressing room with restroom in rear(not used right now).Picked it up from gospel group that bought a bigger one.
Sorry not real good at postin pic yet,I'm learnin.

well looks like she sold it to someone else. I was supposed to pick it up tomorrow. Oh well another one will pop up sooner or later. Hopefully an A100 this time

apparently she sold it for $600.00. Must have needed money quick cause I was going to give her $1500.00. I'd like to get another A100 van someday. My first van was an A100 back in 73
