Front End lowering... Empty Front End lowering...

Post by tommyfogarty Mon Jun 24, 2013 6:54 pm

I am sure this is a relatively easy question, or at least I hope it is...  What is the most efficient (inexpensive) way of getting the front end a touch lower??  I had posted about shorter shackles, but no advice.  Are there still shops that will stretch the beams?  I have not seen one in ages.  Different leaf springs??

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks!!

Remove the bottom leaf from both sides. Easiest way to drop just a little bit. I think that will drop you about an inch???

Yup no problem. I think anymore than 1 maybe 2 leafs and you may run into steering geometry problems. I'm no Dodge expert, but quite a few guys have done the one leaf trick. Hopefully the Dodge boys will chime in and give you more options. But the one leaf is by far your cheapest and easiest choice.
