    towed home my first early van. (although I've had quite a few 1980-up vans, both foreign & domestic) 1969 a108 sportsman. thanks again to the forum and it's great members for the help and support in finding her! came with all the interior & chrome/stainless bits (just in boxes and bags.) ....back home for a deep clean, then right into body & paint!

    this is Garland Rush, the previous owner. he customized vans in So. Cal in the '70s and did some pretty wild airprush murals and full paint jobs on crazy show vans... I purchased the a108, got a stack of about 50 vintage van mags, and an amazing look into his past with a personal photo album tour!

    I'll update with more details as soon as there's time, but to make a long story short: it's a good shell. the start at bodywork that was done was poor, I'll have to grind out a bit of bondo and weld/hammer-dolly a couple little spots in a door skin..but besides that, no real rust. no major accidents. pretty much EXACTLY the van I was hoping for!

    WELCOME to VV !!!!.  NICE looking Van body is STRAIGHT and  inside is in GREAT shape no cargo damage you have a nice project there good luck and post more pictures.I have a stack of old 70s VANNING Magazines also I cherish them. Thoes were the Days lol!........JOE VAN.......

    interior bits were dirty (sitting under a redwood tree for almost eight years) but fully intact (front seats have some wear) good for seat frame/foam use & pattern making/templates
