Best of luck! I hope you can work something out. The first van in this post I would call (IMO) an "ambitious resto" or a "really nice parts van".

Keep on choppin Blue Steel! I passed on the rust machine and just drove that black van home lastnight! Finally got my ride! So excited! Rode my motorcycle 150 miles to look at it, bartered for 30 mins then did some repairs for 3 hours to get it to fire up. (hasnt run or drove for quite a while) then loaded up my bike in back, kept my fingers crossed and made the 3hr drive back! Ill be posting pics soon!

Thanks guys! Sorry been busy, pics soon soon.
Drive was great, going to take some getting used to always being in the slow lane lol. A lot of slop in steering but I've had that in cars before, only real issue I had was couldn't get into first a few times. Was upsetting few folks behind me stop and go traffic ;P did some wrenching at the guys house before I left on the journey home. Had to put in new electric fuel pump, had one in it that was dead, and an put in a new exhaust donut at the header.. Few other little things..
Ran pretty good, blinkers arnt working and not sure bout gas gauge.. But had it two days and already put 400 miles on it! Now just slowly start going through it
