Those are awesome! When I lived in Texas, our neighbors were into the cowboy cooking thing and made some yummy things in their pot... Stews, roasts, wild berry cobblers... Made me wish I had one...

You can still buy the cast iron ones new or you can buy old ones at flea markets,garage/estate sales and such.
I'm going to make this one this weekend. One of my wifes favorites. I add 3-4 clove garlic, jalapeno and crushed red chilies. It ain't good unless your forehead sweats!!
