    Yeah, I know dix. Last year was way above average and that wasn't good. The fruit trees did really bad because they budded then froze as did a lot of plants. This year is below average and draggin'ass. It'll get here though. We do need the moisture. And it does look cool too...

    Man I would be drifting around in that! I guess living in a warm state sometimes it would be cool to have some snow to play in. But Im sure that gets old too! Smile

    I worked with a lady from upstate Minnesota.We were discussing the weather one day.
    What is the weather like up there,I asked.
    We usually have 9 months of winter,and 3 months of bad skiing.

    This morning it wat 9 degrees at 7:30 a.m. and 27 at 5:30 p.m.. At least the sun was out all day so the ice is melting. It'll get here....

    nightmoves most of the city has underground tunnels connecting building to building, what i found odd was a snow mobile lane on the side of roads and hiways. but that was a long time ago and may have changed.

    This was our grid road as of 7:00 pm last night.Last year/this year Dsc00614. Now it's compleletly blown in. There are 6 of these big drifts going accross our road and the tallest drift is about 5 feet high by 20 to 30 feet long, thanks to the person who plows our road. They stacked the snow up on the sides and created a huge fish bowl affect. 79 km winds last night has now left us stranded at home. OH Well...Snow Day!!!! cheers . Generator has a full tank of gas and lots of food in the fridge and a full bottle of Crown...Yee ha! 4 day weekend.

    OMG you guys have it made down south. Today the storm hit hard highways are closed, their is a 60 car pile up just south of Edmonton over 100 injuries on that highway alone.
