Post by Guest Tue Feb 26, 2013 3:09 am

About 6 months ago I was looking for a econoline to haul my bikes around in and found one good enough down in Charlotte NC. Original plans were to just drive it the way it was but when I got it home my 10 year old son fell in love with it and started talking about camping and going to swap meets. I thought this could be something fun for us to do together. Will post pictures of our progress its about a week away from getting painted. Plans incluude a removable rack to still haul the bikes, full wooden roof rack, found a complete interior fiberglass trim panels. Already had front axle dropped by Sids once paint is done plan on swapping out rear to a 9 inch and notching the rails.

I had them do new king pins and the dropper tie rod spacers and I want to say total with shipping was around $500.00. I mess with Motorcycles and he thinks there dumb but they do grow up fast and I am going to run with this van as long as he is happy. Looks cool when there is a bike in it as well.
