Has anyone found a kit or does anyone have any advice for how I can change at least my front drum brakes to disc brakes? I would like to do front and rear, but I will settle for front only if need be.

Like Thundervan said, using the search feature will turn up lots of good and different ideas.

I have a Scarebird setup myself, in fact he used my van to prototype his bracket. There are also different master cylinder setups to choose from. Searching this site will give you a nauseating amount of information, with pictures, on the topic.

Re: Drum to Disc Brake Conversion
Sorry about the "short answer" post this morning. I was at work and couldn't spend time on the VV. If you don't convert to disc you could upgrade to the heavy duty 10x2 1/2" drums front and rear, if you don't have them already. They work well until you run through water. If you go disc, plan on spending some $$$, but it will be money well spent. Good luck and happy vanning!
