by hogboy Sun Feb 03, 2013 7:59 amneed a title vin plate and back pass tail light brace for a early window van or van , I bought a van from this site with paperwork that was a little bit messed up , i sent a copy to the notary before buying the van and she said no problem , after the purchase and shipping from texas to pa she says she can not do it , I am slightly screwed , if anyone has a early window van they are getting ready to scrap I would buy the title , plate and rear tailight brace from you , I live in southeast pa and would consider buying the whole van , call me at 610 357 8873 . sounds like you are giving up to early. Did you talk to the state troopers?? or call the state dmv. just my 2 cents.

I'm not familiar with PA laws, but if you swap VINs on a vehicle, it changes from a state problem to a fed problem.

I recently titled two vans in North Carolina without titles. It took a few months, but they are legally mine now.
I'm sure your state can do the same.
