very glad they didnt say 12,000 or something like that. like mentioned earlier on another thread , of most million dollar, car build in a day shows ,this one seems very the closest to real life . i think maybe the 4000.00 was about 1000.00 to much , unless drivetrain was really good. but was very cool to see an early get a (little) air time, just enough to keep flying low under the big money guys radar .

Have you seen Danny's red Chevy van on Counting Cars? he drove it on one episode. Looks like 70's vintage. Really sweet!

It sucks that they lose money- but I would be suspicious if they made a killing every time they sold a car.

The little bit at the end of this episode about 'fighting in front of the kids' was hilarious!

Here's the van before the graphics. They don't have a clip up yet of the finished van.

finally watched this last night. i hope they just borrowed the van for the episode and immediately pulled the graphics off when they were done filming.

Don't quite understand why all the hate on the graphics.

    Do I like their logo?

Not really. But they bought a 'company van' to sell t-shirts from, and they put their logo on it.
    I think that's pretty cool.

Think about it, they might have just bought a late model eurovan like a Transit because it makes more sense, but instead decided to go with a vintage van that reflects their business.

I think the best part of the show is it is about the cars, how they find them and buff em up a little for a profit. If I had the cash I would be doing the same thing.
