Yes, I went through my parts and vans and figured it out to answer another post.
Here are the pictures. If someone has a different ORIGINAL fan shroud, please post it.

The reason I asked the original question, "Will a 6 cylinder engine shroud fit a v-8 engine"? Is because I saw this shroud (above), listed on Ebay. He says that it will fit both 6 & 8 cyclinder engines.

If you notice, the photos of the Ebay shroud (above), it does not look exactly like the photo listed by "RodStRace".

Re: Fan shroud question...
Well, that IS different! The opening IS shifted over to the left and up. That makes sense on a /6.
Maybe the ones I gathered have been swapped out over the years.
I have the 108 /6 and a parts /6. The 108 did not have one and the parts van had the shroud loose inside. Does anyone have another /6 with an intact installed shroud? Pictures of the right side and/or the bottom would be a big help in solving this.

Re: Fan shroud question...
The 1964 Dodge PU in studio city for sale has a photobucket link. In there was this picture of a /6 fan shroud. It shows the bottom section NOT cut into, like the Ebay one.

Re: Fan shroud question...
So... would I be wrong to assume that the fan hole for the V-8, should be centered and the hole for the 6 cylinder should be offset to one side. If that is correct, the Ebay shroud is not for a V-8. Do all of you agree?

Re: Fan shroud question...
West coast, the V8 one is offset, but the /6 is offset more.
Both have offset that hangs over left side bracket.
The /6 opening is a couple inches from right side, does not go into bottom angle.

The V8 opening is flush with right side and cuts into bottom angle.

From inside, the right side will be the spot to check. From underneath, the center and if the opening is above or into the angled bottom is the spot to check.
West coast, I'm sure glad you found this. I was going to install the shroud on the 108, but decided that since it didn't overheat and it was so much effort, I didn't need to. That would have been a major bummer to pull it all apart and then find it wouldn't fit!
