I have a '61 econoline pickup and the drivers door sags. I believe it is because the hinges are worn. I see there are oversized hinge pins available. Do you just remove the old pin, close the door, drill out the hinge to the new pin size and install the new pin or is there another process for repairing the sagging door?

Did that yesterday; had to drill out the top 1/2" of the old pin, -then punched out the rest. The oversize pin I got from Macs 11/32"dia. so drilled thru up to that dia. (.344)

yep. that's what i have always done. my one hinge is busted on my rear door, and there was a pin in a bag in the back. so, i have to drill mine out. not looking forward to it.
