Can anyone out there tell me, what size bolts ( from the factory ) were originally used to hold down the dog house on my Dodge A100?

If I remember correctly they are 3/8". What 67a100pickup is referring to is the captured nuts. I found them at my local hardware for about $1 a piece so I see no sense in ordering when I can support local stores.

Can anyone post a photo, of one of the bolts? How long were the original factory bolts and were the nuts attached to
    housing?

You should have no problem getting them at tractor supply or home depot.

The caged nuts are attached to the radiator shell and the rear panel, the cage nuts for the sides are attached to the floor. The bolts in mine are 5/16 X 1" NC (5/16 thread size, 1/2" wrench size).

I think that they are & autozone used to sell a wide variety of them in all different lengths & sizes. I don't know if they still carry them these days though.
