Any ideas where I can get a king pin reamer for my '66? I have everything torn down and the new sleeves inserted...but need to ream them and slap it all back together.

3M Flapper sanding roll
Industrial tool supply or- maybe u have a buddy working in a machine shop? Another way may be to try reaming out with one of those roung sanding drums that 3m makes in diff sizes? Usuallt wont need much taken out. Have any idea on size needed?

.7410 is what is listed on RockAuto...but not sure. Need to look at my shop manual and see if it says anything. Otherwise I will hafta dig up a pair of calipers.

Re: Where to get Reamer?
Ok =i have 1 old reamer that came with a new kingpin set I installed over 40+ years ago for a 1940 ford axle. Jc Whitney sold these with the reamers long ago. Dont know what size it is -yet i will measure it.They also do make an expandable reamer . Yet maybe the 3m barrell type sanding stuff will work ?-I just need to know what size? Ive got some of that stuff here .

Re: Where to get Reamer?
I bought an adjustable one off ebay, it was really good. I just kept taking a very small amount off and trying it until it was right. Well worth the small amount they cost....

Re: Where to get Reamer?
A good auto shop with a Sunnun hone could do the job. More accurate than reamers if you know what your doing.
