Dynamat, Fatmat etc..what's best?

Looking to line my Econoline Pick up, floor, doors and dog house.
Looking to help with heat and sound.
What products have you used? better or the same as Dynamat, cheaper?
Approx how much do I need to do the pick up?

I used Cool it, for something like this, cheap is cheaper in quailty

I used Dynamat in my Chevelle and it rocks! Goodbye rattles, heat and sound! I am also going to load up my E100PU with it too.

One interesting point is that you may not need to cover every square inch with a deadener, just enough to kill the panel resonance. Heat/cool and sound insulation is another matter.
