If you have ever looked at the cluster map of our visitors on the web site home page, did you ever click on it to see the stats?

Well it shows California leading with the most visitors... followed by Michigan and then our friends in Canada...

We also have a strong following across the pond with the UK leading over the Netherlands...

I would dare to guess that every state is represented and literally dozens of other countries... Cool

I think it has to do more with the amount of vans / pick ups still "alive" on the west coast.
You DO NOT see earlies in NYC area. I think it has been at least 6 months sence I have seen one around here.

I was looking for something a while back and came across a site that had old car registrations by state. Although the reporting varied and some states didn't participate, CA led by a long shot. When you consider population, climate and disposible income, it's pretty obvious. Of course, there are a lot of unregistered old cars and vans lurking in other states.

not only are the more plentiful, less rust and cheaper, income is higher. usually when income and cost of living are higher, so are all the toys. nobody has cash to by toys here but prices are double compared to cali. in the '80's, i lived in the dc area. pay was double, rent was double, everything was double including my disposable income. i would return to pittsburgh to buy vehicles for half of d.c. prices so my disposable income went farther. looks as if cali has that right at home.

Baja, all post aren't read by most. If you want more to show you have to be proactive. For this show PM some of the CA vanners to see if they can make it. Just posting a flyer won't do it most of the time. Turn out takes promotion thats what I do for Baker's anyway

I take the A to lots of car shows in Georgia and I'm the only one there, I'm going to try and get some other GA guys to come to some of the bigger ones this summer.
