    The previous owner did the lower valance...called him over the weekend...the front valance came off a 94 astro van..it was the upper valance that he used just flipped it...the cutouts for the fog lights were already there. he said if was a fairly easy mod....also the front bumper was shortened and the bolt holes where filled and studs welded on...
