Nice work & welding - ill add something too- when ever u weld anything Thats galvenized - & het that bad smell taste in the mouth - drink some milk -it will go away!!= an old welders trick!

That's zinc poisoning. Better to have a fan blow the yellow stuff away!

Nice work,Mstr.Your patch repairs look great.As mentioned above,that galvanized material is pure voodoo to work around.Grind that away,using a mask before welding.
I will add...it must be nice to have tile flooring in your garage. Pretty cool !
