here is my 66 8 doors!

The van will be very soon factory white painting!

I will update , weekly , the work in progress !

Well, some extra work behind the front bumper....






I like the body on steel only,no filler,no polyester....




It was not easy to TIG welding... mainly because the steel was galvanised... Good for the rust but not to welding...



Look like the stock factory A-100 , isn't it ?

Nice job on the repairs. I have to fix the same area on my roof and your pictures are going to be real helpful when I start on that section.

Nice work & welding - ill add something too- when ever u weld anything Thats galvenized - & het that bad smell taste in the mouth - drink some milk -it will go away!!= an old welders trick!

That's zinc poisoning. Better to have a fan blow the yellow stuff away!

Also, do not weld on anything that has been cleaned with common aerosol cleaners. The fumes will kill!

The tail light have been replace by modern led... and the light location was cut... I will work the original light

You did a great job there, had to be a pain to clean up that weld in a small area like that

Nice work,Mstr.Your patch repairs look great.As mentioned above,that galvanized material is pure voodoo to work around.Grind that away,using a mask before welding.
I will add...it must be nice to have tile flooring in your garage. Pretty cool !

The floor under the dashboard was very bad because the bad windshield rubber seal and the rubber carpet kept the water... But it's ok now!

The doghouse is done!

I already added on the van before painting because it's more safe like this...I hate the scuff on the floor... ;-)
