My van max speed is about 60-65 on the freeway. Is there something wrong with it or is that the max speed these van can go up to. I don't know much as I just bought the van.

It depends.
What is the rear axle ratio and rear tire size?
This will determine RPM to speed. There are online calculators to figure this out.
With the aerodynamics of our beloved vans, there is a top speed that is limited by the wind, not the engine's ability to rev.
I've got an 89 that has a 318/727 (no OD) and fairly steep rear gears (3.91s I think). It can get up to speed pretty quick, but is top end limited. It will go faster than 65, but not by a whole lot. If you have even deeper gears and/or shorter tires, that would limit top speed.

BOO!
OP, we need more info. Does the van not have enough power to go faster? Is it ust revving really high and you cant push the gas pedal hard enough to make it go faster? It could be engine tune. It could be gearing too high. It could be slippage in the transmission.
