My guess is they're Mickey Thompson 31x18R15's
I use the 28x15's and they look wider and higher.

Funny but after you've had 12" tires under the car for a while they don't look so big anymore.
I wish I could have fitted the 18's as it's just SO over the top!

representin' at the 2012 Moonshine Festival (yet again the only van in the show of any kind other than one vendor prop):
One of the vendors was "ole Smokey Moonshine", a distiller from Gatlinburg TN, they had a early E van they used as a prop, he said they got it from a local business. Evidently they have a full line of liquor they are selling commercially.
Another cool delivery truck someone had, nice patina:
