I hated the fact that the cake had to be eaten, but it was really good. It was my girlfriend's creation. I have a wonderful girl that not only puts up with me and my van and the obsessions that come with it, but can also join in on the fun. It was a great surprise and was the icing to my day.

That pics makes me laugh because I went through hell removing 30+ year old carpet from my van, and got a freaking heat rash it was so damn hot. Enough industrial strength adhesive to hold a elephant. Carpet will never see my van again!

I heard quite a few people commenting on how they liked the way Tom did his van. It just depends on how it is done. I had some nasty stuff in mine that was constuction adhesived on to the steel. Almost had to shave it and then I softend it up with paint stripper. That sorta helped ,,lol
