    Hello All,
I am looking for an affordable alternative Radiator for my 1968 g 10 with a 350.
The local Radiator shop wants $400.00 to recore mine. Any ideas that have worked would be apreceated.
Whatelse will fit, I was thinking about remoning the top Radiator support to get a taller crossflow Radiator. has anyone did this?
    Thanks Eagle1

I used a mid 70's Chrysler big car radiator- years back in my chev truck- has worked fantastic for me - was a 4core copper with auto tranny cooler. Just my experience here - diff area- the radiator guys (some ) want retail prices for their work - look aroung @ diff areas / small towns for the good guy radiator shops - im guessing 150-200 for a recore in copper- they can make any size taller also.
