Those arent stock 67 Econoline. Look like aftermarket ones. Im sure you can still use them though.

Yeah, they look like my old ones. Neither old nor new ones have ford part numbers .

I ve actually got a set of those myself and as you found out they work on top of the original bezels too which makes em appear darn near stock. A lot of folks wouldnt know the difference.
