I chatted with this guy and he essentially still has it. He sold it to the business of which he works and is manager (a resale specialty car company). He said he did it up and then found a Jeep he had to have and his company purchased it from him. He sounds pretty straight up and has perfect feedback.
Of all the questions I asked, the one I didn't ask was why he didn't fix the dents and the mis-shaped rear panel before painting. To go to all the trouble but not fix that seems odd. He said it was an old dent and was not rusted (quarter panel issue.) Other than that, it seems to be in nice shape if you don't mind a flat white paint job. I'm not sure how that will hold up to normal rubs, etc. Definitely not as cool as the Early's, but it's clean and looks pretty straight.
