    What years were these being legaly imported? The girlfriend is mildly obsessed with theese minni subaru vans. Did some research awhile ago and the more modern ones can only be imported and used as 25mph slow moving vehicle. With shift plate only allowing 1st and 2nd gear. We've been trying to find some kit car loophole to get one imported and on the road. Anyone know anymore about these lil machines?

    All I know is they are a 69-70 model, never saw one up close
