    I was working with my HVAC buddy yesterday and I heard that there was going to be shortages of acetylene due to the calcium carbide plant that blew up in Kentucky. Better fill up your tanks while you can. According to the supply shop it was going to last awhile as he thinks this was the only plant of its kind in US.
